Declaration of Explicit Consent (Addition to WhatsApp Group)
I hereby give my EXPLICIT CONSENT to the addition of my phone number to the WhatsApp group for marketing partners managed by Fil Ofis Mobilyaları Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the 'Company'), to the sharing of campaigns, announcements and information in this group, and to the processing of my full name and phone number for this purpose.
WhatsApp is a third-party service owned by Meta Platforms Inc.: group members can see each other's phone numbers and profile information, and data may be processed on WhatsApp's servers located abroad. In this respect, I give my explicit consent to the TRANSFER ABROAD of my phone number and full name pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK.
This consent is entirely optional; not giving it does not affect my Partner Panel membership or membership rights in any way.
I may withdraw my consent at any time and without giving any reason from the Communication Preferences section of the Partner Panel, or I may leave the group; upon my request my number will be removed from the group. I may also manage my consent and refusal notifications regarding commercial electronic messages via the Message Management System (İYS — iys.org.tr). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
