Declaration of Explicit Consent (Commercial Electronic Messages by E-mail)

I hereby give my EXPLICIT CONSENT to Fil Ofis Mobilyaları Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the 'Company') to send me COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES by E-MAIL for campaign, announcement, promotion, information and marketing purposes within the scope of my Partner Panel membership, pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and to process my full name and e-mail address for this purpose.

This consent is entirely optional; not giving it does not affect my Partner Panel membership or membership rights in any way.

I may withdraw my consent at any time and without giving any reason, from the Communication Preferences section of the Partner Panel or via the opt-out link included in every e-mail sent. I may also manage my consent and refusal notifications regarding commercial electronic messages via the Message Management System (İYS — iys.org.tr). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
